Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation and Refund Request

For about a month, I have been requesting your customer support team to cancel our ticket. However, your colleagues do not seem to care. I purchased a ticket that I could cancel before the flight and get a full refund. But you are not helping me with the cancellation and refund.

My mother and I were supposed to fly from Chicago to Istanbul on March 9th with your company's plane, but our flight was canceled. Yet, you are not canceling our tickets and refunding our money.
I paid the fee to your company via EFT, as there is no branch of your company in Iran and I cannot come to Turkey. We sent all our information along with our passport photos to your customer service, but they have not responded until today.
