I mistakenly booked a flight to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen instead of Istanbul Airport through Airpaz. Since I noticed the mistake well in advance, I immediately emailed their support team in English, requesting to change my arrival airport. Their response? It’s against company policy, but they assured me that I could change the flight date up to 48 hours before departure.
When I later decided to change the flight date, as I had already booked another ticket for that day, they suddenly replied with a generic email saying date changes are also against their policy! This directly contradicts their previous response. Worse, you can’t speak to a real person—just copy-pasted responses from either AI or automated agents.
Had I booked my ticket through another platform, I could have easily changed either the date or destination or even converted it into an open ticket. Airpaz, your misleading policies and lack of real support are unacceptable! I demand a flexible solution or a refund for a ticket that I cannot even modify despite your own terms!
