Airbnb's AirCover for Guests may help if the place you booked is dangerous or "significantly different" from how it was marketed.
You have to tell your host about the problem within 72 hours after finding it and give them proof, such photos or videos.
If your host can't fix the problem or doesn't reply, Airbnb may assist you book a similar property again or, if that's not possible, give you a full or partial refund.
Airbnb will also give you a full refund and help you rebook if your host cancels before check-in.
