Airbnb Property Provided Lower Standard Room Than Advertised

I made a reservation through Airbnb for February 14 at Marblanco Hotel, specifically booking a room with a kitchen, and I completed the payment in advance. However, around 6:30 PM on the same day, my reservation was suddenly canceled through an Airbnb message without any explanation. When I objected, they later said the reservation had been rearranged and that I could still come.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was not given the room I reserved. Instead, I was placed in a much smaller room without a kitchen, and the room was extremely dirty. Most disturbing was the fact that the towels had visible fecal stains, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Even though I had paid for a larger room with a kitchen, the room I received was both lower in standard and not properly cleaned.
When I immediately reported the issue to the reception staff and asked for either a room change or an adjustment to the price I paid, the staff refused to help. They called the owner/manager, but I was told “there is nothing we can do.” Since I had come from another city and it was already very late, I had no practical option to move to another hotel, and I was forced to stay in that room.
As a result, because the room I received did not match the one I reserved and paid for, I request a reasonable partial refund reflecting the difference between the promised room and the lower-standard room provided. I ask that my inconvenience be taken into consideration and that the appropriate portion of the payment be refunded.
