My Airbnb Refund Delayed—Still Awaiting Payment After Cancellation
Even though I canceled my reservation HMXRX4MYB9 on April 10, 2024, I still haven't received my refund. It was supposed to be done by April 25. The app indicates that a refund has been issued, but I have not seen any funds credited to my card. When I reached out to the bank, they assured me that they have not yet processed any refunds. I find myself stuck in the middle, with Airbnb claiming it's a problem with the bank and the bank pointing fingers at Airbnb. I'm really fed up with this situation. I used to heavily rely on the Airbnb platform, but my trust in it has been seriously shaken.
