I Got Charged by Airbnb Without My Consent and Demand Immediate Refund

On July 24, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺2,221.89 on my credit card from Airbnb. I never made a reservation or gave any approval for this transaction. There was no verification code, no authorization request, no confirmation email—absolutely nothing. I have no relationship with the agency that made this charge through Airbnb, and I’m completely in the dark about how they even accessed my card.

This is an alarming breach of trust and security. I reached out for assistance but haven’t received any meaningful response yet. I’m demanding a full refund of the unauthorized amount and a clear explanation of how this charge was allowed to go through without my knowledge or consent.

If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution, I will initiate legal proceedings against Airbnb and any third parties involved. This matter must be handled with urgency, and I expect a direct response from a responsible representative as soon as possible.
