On March 7, 2025, an unauthorized charge of ₺994 was made on my credit card without my knowledge. My last legitimate transaction with Airbnb was in 2024, and I have not made any new bookings or purchases since then.

I have no connection to this transaction, and I demand an immediate refund of the amount charged. This is a serious issue, and I expect Airbnb to investigate and resolve this matter promptly.

Please review the transaction, clarify how this charge was made, and ensure that such unauthorized deductions do not happen in the future. I appreciate a swift response and resolution to my complaint.
