On May 6, 2025, Airbnb charged ₺1,149.74 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this transaction, nor did I share my card details with any travel agency or booking service related to this charge. I have no connection whatsoever to the reservation or agency responsible for this transaction.

I demand an immediate investigation into how this charge was made and expect Airbnb to explain how my information was used without authorization. This situation is unacceptable, and I want a full refund of the ₺1,149.74 back to my credit card without delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take the necessary legal steps. Unauthorized transactions should never happen on a platform that claims to prioritize user safety.
