Airbnb Unfair Compensation Claim Over Small Stains on Bedding

After checking out of my Airbnb accommodation, I received a compensation claim just one hour later. The host alleged that two small stains on the bedding required a claim, even though the cleaning fee was already included in the booking price. I promptly rejected the claim, but Airbnb followed up, demanding an explanation from me.
This process is utterly frustrating and feels like an attempt to exploit guests. Small issues like this should be covered by the cleaning fee, and such unnecessary claims undermine the trust in Airbnb’s platform.
I expect Airbnb to dismiss this baseless claim immediately and provide clarity on how cleaning fees are applied. Guests should not have to endure this kind of harassment after their stay.
