Airbnb Denies Compensation for Multiple Cigarette Burns on My Couch

I rented out my home through Airbnb, trusting their claim to protect hosts. However, I have faced significant issues after cigarette burns appeared on my couch during two separate stays. Despite providing evidence, Airbnb claims I used an old photo to report the second incident.
The burns occurred in different locations on the couch, as shown in separate photos. After the first incident, I repaired the damage using compensation I received. Unfortunately, new burns occurred during a later stay, yet Airbnb dismisses my claim and overlooks other damages to my home.
This is deeply unfair to hosts who rely on Airbnb’s support. I demand a reevaluation of my claim and proper compensation for the repeated damages caused by guests.
