I Got an Unfair Review on Airbnb After Staying in a Poorly Represented Apartment

I rented an apartment through Airbnb, and when I arrived, it was noticeably different from the photos shown in the listing. There were several issues with the condition of the place, but since I was only staying for 3 nights and only needed a place to sleep, I decided to tolerate it and not cause trouble.
However, after I checked out, the host left a completely false and unfair review about me. I did absolutely nothing to deserve that negative feedback. I respected the property, followed all the rules, and left everything clean and in order. This kind of baseless review damages my profile and reputation for no reason.
Airbnb, I’m asking you to investigate this and remove the review. It’s unacceptable that a guest can be publicly misrepresented while the platform offers no immediate way to defend against false claims. I expect this to be resolved fairly and promptly.
