Airbnb Rental Had Poor Hygiene and Safety Issues, No Support Provided




I rented a property through Airbnb, but when I arrived, the house was far from acceptable. It was unhygienic, and part of the ceiling decor had fallen. I contacted the host immediately, but they refused to acknowledge the issues and became difficult to reach afterward.
I reported the situation to Airbnb’s support system, expecting a resolution, but they responded two days later stating there were no faults with the property. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as the conditions were clearly unsafe and unclean.
I request Airbnb to reevaluate my case and provide a resolution, either through a refund or proper assistance. It’s unacceptable to ignore such complaints. Please help address this matter promptly.
