Airbnb Host Denied Entry Despite Payment, Left Stranded Abroad

I booked a 2-night stay through Airbnb for January 8-10, 2025, and paid in full via the app. Despite this, the host did not allow us to enter the property. Our check-in time was set for 3:00 PM, but we decided to visit at noon to confirm everything. The house was locked and empty. We returned at the scheduled check-in time, but the situation remained the same. We spent 30 minutes calling out and waiting, but no one showed up. This experience was extremely frustrating and left us stranded. People trust platforms like Airbnb for reliable accommodations, and this is unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund for this terrible experience. Fix this issue promptly!
