Airbnb Fails to Process Payment for The Stay We Provided As Hosts
We had a guest stay at our Airbnb property from August 6th to August 12th, 2023. Despite multiple attempts through calls and messages, Airbnb has failed to process our payment. Each time we reach out, they acknowledge the inconvenience and dismiss the issue as a "system error" while urging us to be patient. We even went as far as sending them the invoice, but the problem remains unresolved. Our reservation code is HM52TK92TY. We kindly request Airbnb to take immediate action and address this payment issue promptly. If this continues, we might have no choice but to part ways with their service.
