My third reservation starts tomorrow, which makes things even worse. When I try to get in touch with support, I always get the same answers, and there's no sign of a way out. They even sent me a link to fill in my information correctly, but I had already done that correctly. I refilled it and sent it back, but I haven't heard anything back.
