Airbnb Host Payment Still Pending? How to Fix Bank Verification Issues

I registered as a host on Airbnb and rented out my property in Izmir. Since September, I have been waiting for payments totaling $380 for two separate stays, but the money has still not been transferred to my account. It has been about a month and a half of waiting.
I have entered my bank account information multiple times into the system and contacted Airbnb customer support numerous times — both in writing and by phone. Each time, I receive the same message: “Your bank details have not been verified,” with no explanation of what the actual issue is. The support team keeps saying, “We’re looking into it,” but there has been no progress and no payment.
My account is registered under the username b***********@hotmail.com**. I request that my pending payments be transferred immediately and that Airbnb provide a clear explanation for why my bank details have not been approved despite multiple verification attempts.
