Airbnb Charged My Card Twice for the Same Reservation Change — Refund Still Pending in Authorization

I changed my Istanbul accommodation reservation on Airbnb from July 5–10 to July 3–8. The host approved the date change and I paid an additional fee of approximately $14 for the modification. However, this fee was charged to my card twice.
On June 8, while reviewing my card activity, I noticed the same amount had been deducted twice. When I contacted my bank, I was told the duplicate charge was still sitting in authorization and that Airbnb had not initiated any refund process.
I then contacted Airbnb customer service. Despite sharing my bank history and the reference number for the pending authorization, they simply told me there was no issue on their end. Although my English is sufficient to explain the situation clearly, the representative I spoke with had limited English proficiency, which caused the conversation to break down and left the issue unresolved.
I am requesting that the duplicate charge on reservation HMA4XEKM3K — specifically the extra $14 date change fee charged twice — be refunded to me as soon as possible.
