Airbnb Charged Me Without Confirmation and Denied Refund

When I clicked to view the payment options, my credit card information was automatically recorded and the reservation fee was charged without any SMS or email confirmation. I submitted a cancellation request within one minute, but although ₺13,108 was withdrawn from my card, only ₺495 was refunded. I was told that a full refund would depend on the host’s discretion, but the host simply replied, “Sorry, we can't do it.” I trusted the Airbnb platform and saved my card information, but I believe a clear confirmation step should be required before any payment is processed. I request a full refund, as the charge resulted from an accidental click and I canceled immediately within a minute.
