Airbnb Bungalow Reservation in Sapanca Denied Refund After Family Emergency

We booked a 3-day stay at a bungalow in Sapanca through Airbnb, but my family missed the first day due to a car accident that caused us to miss our flight. I initially requested a refund for the first day since we couldn’t check in, but the host refused. Then I asked to cancel the entire reservation, and again, the refund was denied. They were completely unhelpful and even mocked us throughout the process. I strongly advise against booking any property through Airbnb, as they don’t offer assistance or show any flexibility. Their only concern is money, and they don’t seem to have any control over the hosts they work with. This experience was incredibly frustrating.
