Airbnb Ruined My Trip to Albania – Host Canceled Last Minute, No Refund

I'm really let down by Airbnb! I reserved a place in Albania using the app, but when I got there, the property was being fixed and I was told I couldn't check in. The host would not give me a refund, and after a loud fight, I was stuck in another country with my kids. I had to book a more expensive hotel just to have a place to stay. Airbnb was not helpful at all. They said the payment went through and that there was nothing they could do. When I canceled my ticket, I didn’t get my money back, but the host could cancel at the last minute and didn't have to pay anything. This is really not fair! Airbnb didn’t care about my family’s well-being or our situation at all. They have to fix this!
