Airalo eSIM Didn’t Activate on My Phone
I purchased an eSIM from Airalo to use in Vietnam, buying it on my phone but installing it on my spouse’s device. I had previously used an Airalo eSIM on this phone without any issues, but this time, it failed to activate.
Customer support gave me multiple troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked. The worst part? Once an eSIM is installed, it can’t be reinstalled, which is incredibly frustrating. Now, I can’t delete or reinstall it, meaning I paid for a service I can’t even use.
If you plan to use Airalo, install the eSIM directly on your intended device, or you’ll risk wasting your money like I did. I will be looking for alternative providers from now on.
