Airalo Charged Without Authorization and Network Connection Issues

Airalo attempted to charge my account without my authorization, even though I don’t have an automatic payment set up. They also didn’t notify me via email about the charge, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, despite the “Automatic Network Selection” option, when I arrived in Denmark, the SIM started searching for the French Orange network instead of a local one. I spent two hours at the airport trying to figure out which network Airalo partners with. Out of the four available networks, only one worked, and even that connection failed as soon as I entered the metro.
If you plan to use Airalo, I suggest paying with a virtual card and avoiding reloading funds to prevent unauthorized charges. There are plenty of better alternatives out there. I urge Airalo to improve its service reliability and billing practices.
