I Can’t Log Into Airalo App Due to SSL Error Right Before International Travel
I’m urgently writing this because I can’t access my Airalo account due to an SSL error, and I’m flying abroad tomorrow. I had already paid for an eSIM and planned to rely entirely on Airalo for my internet connection while traveling. Because of this, I didn’t look for an alternative SIM provider or app. Now, with less than 24 hours left before departure, I’m completely stranded and unsure what to do.
Every time I open the app, I get a security warning about an SSL issue and can’t log in to activate or manage my eSIM. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes. There’s no immediate customer support to reach out to, which makes this even more frustrating.
I urgently need a solution or direct help from Airalo. Either restore access to my account immediately or provide a full refund so I can find another provider before it’s too late. Please respond without delay—this is time sensitive.
