Airalo eSIM Didn’t Work in Thailand Despite High Cost

As a frequent traveler, I chose Airalo to avoid the hassle of physical SIM cards. I trusted the service and purchased an eSIM for my trip to Thailand, only to find that the internet didn’t work at all. This completely disrupted my plans, leaving me stranded without connectivity.

I spent a significant amount of money on this eSIM, expecting reliable service, but it failed to deliver. To make matters worse, Airalo’s customer support has been unhelpful, providing no resolution to my issue.

I am extremely disappointed and demand a full refund for the unusable service. I strongly advise others to avoid Airalo and instead purchase local SIM cards, which are much cheaper and reliable. Airalo must address this problem immediately.
