Air Serbia Luggage Damage & Customer Service Issues

My broken luggage wheel makes me think that my flight from Tirana to Serbia wasn't handled well. I went to the airport's complaints section right away to tell them about the problem. They made a request for me and asked for the necessary information. They also told me to go to their website and fill out a complaint form. Even though I tried several times to submit my complaint on the site, I kept getting errors. However, I did get email confirmations, so I'm not sure if my complaint was sent. Because there hasn't been any follow-up in this process, I haven't been able to see how things are going or get any news.
