Air Albania Lost My Luggage and Broke It During Balkan Tour

During my Balkan tour from March 29 to April 5, I had two serious baggage issues with Air Albania that remain unresolved. On the outbound flight from Istanbul to Tirana, my suitcase arrived with a broken wheel. Then, on the return flight from Tirana to Istanbul, my luggage was completely lost.

An official report was filed at the airport, but when I call the number they gave me, all I hear is, “There’s no update.” I’ve been left without proper information or any clear point of contact. Even the tour company won’t take responsibility or assist in any way.

This has been a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience. I demand that Air Albania take immediate action to locate and return my lost suitcase or compensate me for the damage and loss. Ignoring customers after damaging and misplacing their belongings is not something any professional airline should do. I expect urgent follow-up.
