Air Serbia Flight Cancellation Chaos
Air Serbia canceled my flight without a valid reason, and Gotogate, the intermediary agency, is slow to respond. Even on the Skyscanner search site, there's no support representative. Upon calling Gotogate, they informed me that the request was sent to Air Serbia, and we're waiting for a response. They don't know when it will be completed because the money will be sent from there. When I called Air Serbia, they said they couldn't provide information as Gotogate is our contractor. It's an endless cycle. It seems like they provide customer service, but, in reality, they don't. Due to the lack of a Gotogate office, I can't take legal action for consumer rights protection. I'm torn between regretting the inability to get a refund, the impact of the cancellation on our overseas trip, or the shattered hopes of my children.
