I Was Forced to Fly a Day Late by Air Montenegro Without My Consent
I booked a flight with Air Montenegro for August 8, and I planned my entire travel schedule—hotel, activities, and return flight—based on that original departure date. However, without informing or asking for my approval, the airline unilaterally rescheduled my outbound flight to August 9. The return flight remained unchanged, meaning I effectively lost a full day of my trip.
This last-minute change was made without my knowledge or consent, and I only found out after checking my reservation details. Such a move is unacceptable for a paid airline service. I’ve experienced serious disruption to my plans, and my lodging reservations were non-refundable, which adds to my frustration and financial loss.
I demand an immediate resolution—either reinstate my original flight date or compensate me for the inconvenience, including a full refund for the flight and the additional costs this caused.
