I Was Denied Boarding on Air Montenegro Flight Without Reason and Lost My Travel Plans
I had a confirmed ticket for an Air Montenegro flight from Tivat to Istanbul on September 1. When I arrived at the airport, I was shocked to be denied boarding—without any explanation. I wasn’t alone; nearly 60 other passengers were also refused boarding, while the rest of the flight went ahead as scheduled with other travelers onboard.
There was no communication, no apology, and no alternative solution offered by the airline. Because of this, I had to cancel all my plans for September 2, including accommodations and appointments. This level of disorganization and lack of basic customer communication is completely unacceptable for an international airline.
I demand an official explanation and compensation for the disruption Air Montenegro caused. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved immediately. This experience has made it clear that I will never fly with Air Montenegro again.
