On April 27, 2025, I had a return flight scheduled with Air Montenegro, flight number 401.40. Without asking for my approval or providing a proper explanation, the airline arbitrarily changed the return date. I was informed of this major change only via email, with no personal outreach or follow-up.
This sudden and unilateral adjustment completely disrupted my travel plans, hotel reservations, and personal schedule. I contacted the airline expecting assistance or compensation, but they provided no reimbursement, no rescheduling options, and no effort to resolve the inconvenience.
It is incredibly frustrating that a company can make such critical changes without any accountability or care for their passengers’ arrangements.
I demand that Air Montenegro take responsibility, cover my incurred losses, and provide appropriate compensation for the disruption caused.
