I booked the Budva tour through Jolly Tour for May 4–8, 2025. Our outbound flight with Air Montenegro was originally scheduled for May 4 at 6:30 PM. However, we were informed at the last minute that the flight would be delayed until 6:00 AM the next morning, meaning a 12-hour delay overnight.
Despite the long delay, no accommodation was provided, even though we repeatedly requested it. I am 7 months pregnant, and I personally explained my situation and health risk multiple times. Yet we were forced to stay in the airport overnight without proper rest or support. Even after writing this complaint, there’s still a chance we might have to wait longer.
We traveled all the way from Ankara starting at 9:00 AM and couldn’t cancel the trip, so we lost a full day of vacation, not to mention the physical exhaustion, pain, and cramps I experienced.
I am holding both Jolly Tour and Air Montenegro accountable for this neglect. I request full compensation for the lost time, physical hardship, and emotional stress caused to both myself and my husband.
