Unresolved Lost Luggage on Air France Flights

During my recent experiences with Air France, our luggage failed to reach our destination on two separate occasions. In both instances, the airline insisted that our belongings were left behind in Paris. In the first case, no compensation was provided whatsoever, and in the second situation, they made a commitment to a small sum, but it remains unpaid even after a two-week period. I have decided to discontinue using their services.
