Lost Luggage Twice with Air France - No Compensation Received

3I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with lost luggage on my last two trips with Air France. In both instances, they insisted that my bags were still in Paris. No compensation was given the first time. They said they would give me a little money after I complained, but it still hasn't been paid, even after two weeks. I'm done with using their services.
