Me and my sister, took a flixbus on 09.04.2024 at 01.00 from Aachen to Paris. We arrived Paris around 7.30 and our lugga...ge was lost. We couldn’t hear after that, nobody helped us. I want that company to recover my losses. The luggage has items worth around 2000 Euros which is a huge amount of money
