EasyJet Left All 5 of My Family’s Bags in Paris on Paris–Nice Flight
Today, I flew with EasyJet from Paris to Nice with my family for a four-day holiday. Unfortunately, due to mishandling by the airline, all five of our suitcases were left behind in Paris, leaving us without any of our clothes, personal items, or essentials. Immediately after landing, we reported the issue to airport staff, who told us that our bags would arrive on the 20:15 flight. However, more than eight hours have passed since then, and we have received no update, no notification, and no assistance. I have been trying to reach EasyJet through every possible channel, but no one is helping us resolve this urgent issue. This has completely disrupted our trip and left us stranded without basic necessities. I am demanding that EasyJet deliver our luggage by tomorrow at the latest and provide a clear explanation for this unacceptable failure, along with appropriate compensation for the hardship my family and I have endured.
