Air Arabia Dubai Tour Unfulfilled Reservation Issue

Yesterday, when we checked, there were only 4 seats left for the Dubai tour with Air Arabia Airlines and staying at the 3-star Ecos Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan during the Eid al-Adha holiday.

We spoke with Ms. A***, who assisted us with the booking process and tried to make the payment with our foreign card. We attempted payment several times without success. Concerned about the tour filling up, we wanted to reserve our spot by paying half with our Turkish card. Ms. A*** assured us it was possible, and we proceeded accordingly.

Later, we saw a message stating that the selected tour was not available. Ms. A*** assured us that our spots had been reserved. Within half an hour, we resolved the issue with our foreign card and made the full payment, even borrowing money under difficult circumstances to ensure payment.

Today, they called us to say that the flight was full, confirming that our seats were not reserved and offering a different date. However, if we could go on a different date, we wouldn't have booked the tour during the holiday period with inflated prices.

I urgently request a resolution to this issue. If the tour is canceled, I will resort to my consumer rights.

Since we were afraid the tour might sell out, we wanted to secure our spots by paying half with our Turkish card. Ms. Ayşe confirmed that this was possible, and we proceeded accordingly. Later, we saw a message saying that the chosen tour was no longer available. Ms. Ayşe assured us that our spots were reserved. Within half an hour, we resolved the issue with our foreign card and made the full payment. To avoid any problems, we borrowed money under difficult conditions to complete the payment.

Today, they called us to say that the plane is fully booked and our reservation is not confirmed, offering us a different date. If we could go on a different date, we wouldn't have booked the tour at the exorbitant prices during the holiday. I urgently request that this issue be resolved. If this tour is canceled, I will appeal to my consumer rights. Now, they have blocked both my and my husband's phone numbers. My sister can reach them when she calls, and my husband can get through using a friend's line. When my husband and I call from our phones, the line drops without ringing.
