I Face AJet Ignoring My Damaged Luggage Claim After Dammam Flight
On the night of February 10, 2025, after my flight with AJet to Dammam Airport, Saudi Arabia, I received my large suitcase severely damaged — one of its legs was broken and the handle was detached. I noticed the damage immediately at the airport, where I was given a QR code, but I was unable to complete the report process, and no official damage report was filed. I currently do not have my ticket or reservation number available.
I have suffered a clear loss due to my luggage being seriously damaged during transport. I am requesting that AJet replace my damaged suitcase with a new one and provide a quick resolution to this issue.
