Agoda Customer Service Is Impossible to Reach – Need Refund for Wrong Booking Date

I accidentally made a hotel reservation for the wrong date through Agoda, and when I contacted the hotel directly, they informed me that only Agoda could process the cancellation and refund. However, I have been unable to find a customer service email or a contact number for Turkey anywhere on Agoda’s website.

I have searched thoroughly, but there is no clear way to reach Agoda’s support team, making it impossible to resolve my issue. This is extremely frustrating! I demand an immediate refund for the incorrect booking. Agoda must provide accessible customer service and not leave customers without support when urgent issues arise.
