Agoda Refused to Reactivate or Change My Booking After Denying Refund

I booked a hotel on Agoda.com but accidentally selected the wrong dates. I canceled the reservation as soon as I noticed the mistake, thinking I could either get a refund or change the dates. But when I contacted customer support, they told me neither was possible—no refund and no date change allowed.

So I asked them to simply reactivate the original reservation instead. They refused that too. What kind of logic is this? If you're not giving me my money back, why can’t you at least reinstate the booking I paid for? This makes no sense and feels like a scam.

I’m seriously frustrated and will report this everywhere I can. Agoda, stop playing games with your customers’ money. My reservation number is 1567606116—fix this now.
