Double Charged for Agoda Booking, Unable to Reach Customer Support

I made a reservation through Agoda, and the payment was charged twice to my card. Despite multiple attempts, I can't find a way to contact a real person for assistance. Every time I try to reach support, I’m directed to automated responses, and I can’t locate any email or phone number for direct help. The support center ultimately leads to a phone number, but there is no number available for Turkey. This has been extremely frustrating, and I urgently need someone from Agoda to reach out to me to resolve this issue. Here are my booking details:
