Agoda Charged Me Without Consent and I Can’t Cancel or Reach Support

I’m requesting the cancellation of my Agoda reservation (ID: 1603769280), but I’ve run into a serious problem—there’s no way to reach a live customer service representative. There is no phone number listed, no chat support available, and no one to help with urgent booking issues.
Agoda automatically charged my credit card without my final confirmation, which is unacceptable. I never approved the payment, yet the full amount was withdrawn, and now I’m left with no way to cancel or get assistance. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
Agoda, I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken without my approval. If you’re offering services in Turkey, you must provide a Turkish-language support team for local customers. I will never use Agoda again unless this issue is fixed properly and promptly.

I will never make a reservation with this company again because I can't describe the stress I experienced until I got my money back. There is no live support; they guide you through artificial intelligence and bring you back to where you started. Since I know English, I was able to contact the hotel and cancel the reservation; otherwise, Agoda was saying they couldn't refund my money due to hotel policy. I do not recommend it to anyone.
