Duplicate Charges for Agoda Hotel Booking
I made a hotel reservation using the Agoda app for a check-in on August 2nd and a check-out on August 4th. Everything was great, and I made the payment for the reservation on July 31st. But to my surprise, I was billed once more on August 3rd for the exact same amount. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for help, but there don't seem to be any phone numbers available for Turkey. Agoda better get their act together and fix this problem ASAP, or I'll have no choice but to make a formal complaint.
