I had a very bad experience with the Agoda Support team. I made a reservation for a hotel named Royal Incı Hotel. While making the reservation, the cost was for 1 night 743 ₺. However, they made a transaction of 3928 ₺, which I don't know why. I tried to contact them and showed them the screenshot of the price, but they said that the document is not sufficient for them. I will never trust this company again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
