Agoda Unauthorized Charge and Poor Customer Service Issue

Agoda.com has defrauded me by not refunding my money. The application provides customer service through artificial intelligence, and customers are never valued. It continuously states that the fee is non-refundable without any justification or legal response.
I am sharing this to ensure that no one else becomes a victim before I file a lawsuit. There are numerous complaints about agoda.com on social media. Please do not download this application that victimizes people. Why should I pay for a stay at a place where I have neither stayed nor will stay? I canceled my reservation on the same day, just 18 days ago.
I did not intend to harm anyone. The artificial intelligence instructed me to click the cancel button, which I did. If cancellation is not possible, then do not place the "cancel" button there. We will settle this matter in court. Please refund my fee.
