Agoda Reservation Cancellation Problem - No Refund

I made a reservation at the Litore Resort through Agoda for September 13-17. However, I wanted to cancel because I entered the dates incorrectly. Just 10 minutes after the reservation was confirmed, on August 2nd, I requested a refund through the app. The app informed me that my request would be forwarded to the hotel and that I would have to wait two days. However, although my refund request was listed as "submitted and rejected" in the system, I contacted the hotel several times and learned that the hotel had not submitted the request. The hotel clearly stated that they would be happy to assist me if the request reached them. Furthermore, I cannot contact a customer representative directly through Agoda; I can only use the AI-powered assistant, and this solution does not resolve my issue. I request that the hotel contact me regarding my ₺43,000 reservation and a refund of the amount I paid. I request that this inconvenience be addressed.
