Agoda Charged Me for Canceled Room
After years of using your platform for every single trip, you've completely victimized me and my family. I booked two rooms for a family vacation, but only one room was confirmed and reserved. The second room was not confirmed, and since my family can't vacation in separate hotels, I requested a cancellation for both. Yet, you refused to cancel and proceeded to charge the full amount!
I absolutely do not forgive this. If there wasn't space for the second room, why did you even allow me to select it in the first place? This is a blatant bait-and-switch. My reservation number is 1910807375.
Agoda, you need to refund my money immediately! If my refund isn't processed, I will never use this app again, despite being a loyal, long-time Agoda customer.
