Agoda Changed My Hotel Booking Date and Did Not Allow Cancellation
I booked a hotel through Agoda because of a good discount, but instead of the date I selected, the site automatically chose its own current date. I made the payment, but it confirmed the site’s date, not mine. I tried to cancel and have been writing for hours with no response. When I attempted to correct the date, I was told that if I don’t go on the selected date, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be given. Because of their system error, people are being victimized. I took a screenshot as proof. You cannot make any changes or cancellations in any way. I definitely do not recommend it, as you will end up being victimized.
