Agoda Refund Still Waiting After 30 Days



I booked a vacation through the Agoda website but had to cancel it. I was supposed to receive a ₺1952 refund, but it hasn't been processed even after more than 30 days. I haven't received any updates. I contacted my bank, and they said they haven't received the refund and advised me to contact Agoda. However, there is no customer service number available, and I can't reach anyone. I'm waiting for a response.
