Agoda Canceled Reservation Not Refunded – Bank Shows No Refund Processed

I booked a hotel through the Agoda app but canceled the reservation within 5 minutes. Agoda’s system claims that the refund has been processed, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no such refund has been made. This situation is incredibly frustrating because there’s no customer service in Turkey to assist with this issue, and I’ve been unable to contact anyone for help. I’m asking Agoda to look into this immediately and ensure that my refund is processed correctly. My reservation number is 1378018680, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible!
