Agoda Failed to Refund My Canceled Booking

I canceled my reservation on Agoda.com (ID 1463307980) on December 10, 2024, but my refund has still not been processed. Despite following all the necessary steps, I have yet to receive any update or communication regarding the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I am deeply dissatisfied with Agoda’s lack of accountability. I urgently request Agoda to process my refund immediately and provide confirmation of the transaction. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action to enforce my rights. I expect a quick resolution and better communication from Agoda to avoid further frustration.
